Amazing caves and rock structures
Maquoketa Caves State ParkThis is a beautiful state park. They have a place to camp RV and 10 electrical sites running water bathrooms. Just down the road from the campgrounds is a place called Bluff Lake it is a restaurant on the lake that has the most amazing seafood they catch all their catfish fresh from the lake. Hiking at this park is anywhere from easy to hard depending on how far into the caves you want to venture, did you have stairs leading down to the caves which have a relatively steep decline.I definitely recommend it for the dogs to get their exercise and for you for the visual beauty of the caves and stalactite formations
