Owner In Denial

Talley Day dog park is a good park.
But you have a small dog park and a large dog park. The other day while I was at the park my dog and another dog (both about 30 lbs each) were attacked by Polo the boxer. What I found to be quite interesting is how the other dogs played quite well with the balls before Polo showed up on the scene. After he showed up he attacked the female dog 30 lbs for her ball and Polos owner stated he likes certain balls and asked if we could put it away so we did. After listening to her talk one of the other patrons thew a ball for him and he did not even bother it. Instead he attacked another 30 lb male dog.
Again she claimed it was over a ball.
First and foremost Polo is a boxer somewhere around 70lb according to breed description. He is a large dog and should have never been in the small dog section. The other thing that had me flabbergasted is how she expected the other dogs and their owners to cater to her dogs behavior. She kept blaming the balls for his behavior instead of owning up to his lack of discipline. After she and Polo left everything went back to normal.
