Park is great the customer service is not

I have been a member of dog world since almost the very 1st day never missing A-day. My dog loved it there and the days kept being decreased and prices kept being raised but the main problem was there was no communication if the park was going to closed and nobody cared if you had a problem. I posted a review on Google and within 15 minutes I was banned from the park. I literally knew everybody that came to that park and spent so much time and money at that park and would tell everybody I knew about it. A lot of things have happened since then and they refuse to let me back in the park All because of an honest review from a frustrated customer. Instead of trying to have an adult conversation and making it better they were very rude and hateful. The park is wonderful but if you have any issues You will not be heard and will be banned. There are a lot of members that are scared to say anything because they don't want to be kicked out.
