didn’t have a waitress for outside

They have a nice patio but we’re told my the manager that he didn’t have a waitress for outside. One volunteered he still said no. He said we could order take out and sit outside. Thank goodness that waitress did “sneak” us free refills. We left a good tip for her but won’t be back because of how rude the owner was about the situation.
