In need of a refurbishment

Staff is great and very helpful. Beds are super comfortable. However, hotel looks tired. Carpets have stains and paint is chipped in the hallways and rooms. The Graduate also charges $5 for water. Most hotels provide at least 2 bottles in the room. Seems like a money grab on the part of the hotel. Stayed in the Graduate in New Haven and the hotel is in much better condition and they provide water in the rooms.
