Nice low key hotel
Auburn Place Hotel and SuitesEasy access to the room, hardwood floor. Ours was an inside room and the breakfast area was in the atrium close by.

Dog fee seemed high
Hampton Inn Eau ClaireAlways happy to find a hotel that allows us to bring our dog into the room and we don’t expect anything beyond that, so I’d have given it a 4 except that the pet cleaning fee was $50, considerably higher than what we’ve found elsewhere.

Lovely hotel and very pet friendly
Country Inn WalkerIt’s in a lovely setting overlooking a lake; there is a trail (paved) that runs by, handy for dog walking. We were given an easy access room. The hostess was very welcoming and they give a “doggy bag” with treats and a ball to each dog guest. Definitely worth a 5 bone rating.
