Pretty good but not great hotel

It was fine for a one night stay and the price was reasonable. Staff was friendly. The check-in desk and breakfast area are in a separate building across the parking lot. The room was clean with nice sheets but coffee maker didn’t work and it didn’t seem like the heat/AC unit wasn’t working properly. The biggest issue is that there was no good place to walk the dog nearby, only a landscape bed with all parking lots’ and businesses around.
