Great staff, subpar hotel

The staff was very pleasant and very attentive, but the hotel needs some upgrading. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but sometimes it has to happen.
1. We were given a room that had a toilet that didn't work.
2. The floors coverings for a pet room had carpet, nasty!
3. The furnishings were yellowed and discolored.
4. There was an extension cord in the hallway plugged in and taped to the wall extending into the ceiling....fire hazard?
5. Exterior doors leading outside were barely latching and in rough shape.
6. Electronic lock on the entrance door to our room would barely read a card when inserted and looked as is it was ready to fall off the door.
7. Let's talk about shower water pressure, there was very little! I could pee harder than what was coming out of the shower head. It was so bad, that my wife couldn't wash her hair because it would've taken 20 minutes to get all the soap out.
7. Hotel looked ran down and needed a major overhaul.

Like I said, staff was great and very nice, but the corporate owner needs to invest some money into this property. Above is what we got for 149.00 a night.
