No Potty Areas and Hotel Under Remodel

Although the hotel staff were very nice and our room was one of the newly remodeled ones, the hotel itself was a shambles. Torn up floors, building supplies stacked in corners, temporary signs posted on walls. It should be nice once their internal renovations are complete. However, this proper does not have any decent places for pets to potty outside. We had to walk across the parking lot to the neighboring hotel to use their very tiny doggy "facilities" (aka an actual grassy area). The only place to run/exercise was at the nearby McDonald's in a very large grass "yard" around their property, next to a busy main road and the drive through.
