Ocean City Beach Ocean City Beach is pet-friendly. Dogs are only allowed on the beach and boardwalk between October 1 and April 30. Any handler or owner of a dog must remove any waste deposited on public or private property not owned by the handler or owner in possession of said dog. Pet Friendly Assateague National Seashore
Assateague National Seashore Dogs are allowed on the beach along the Maryland portion of Assateague National Seashore, but are not permitted on the nature trails or anywhere within the Virginia portion of Assateague Island. Dogs must be on a six-foot leash at all times. See Details

Delaware Seashore State Park Experience a day of fun in the sun at Delaware Seashore State Park where your pup is welcome to join you on the sand and in the surf during select times of the year. From May 1 to September 30, dogs are not permitted on any swimming or sunbathing beach (areas with lifeguards), but are permitted on non-guarded beaches.
