Moanalua Dog Park This dog park is central to residents in the Honolulu and Leeward areas. It's minutes from the windward side of Oahu. It offers lots of running space for dogs and picnic tables for their owners. There is access to fresh water on site and several trash receptacles. The park is clean, cool and very well manicured. Random identification checks are performed to confirm residency. Manoa Falls Manoa Falls is a pet-friendly hike near Honolulu, Hawaii. The trail is around 1.6-miles in a loop. After you've walked the muddy pathways, you'll find yourself at the 150-foot waterfall of the same name. Swimming in the pool beneath the falls is discouraged as the standing water sometimes carries a virus. Sundays and Wednesdays are reserved for off-leash pig hunting dogs, so you and Fido may want to choose a different day to visit. There is a fee of $5 for parking in the car park.
