Allaire State Park & Historic Village Allaire State Park is a dog-friendly recreation area in Wall Township, New Jersey. History loving hounds will enjoy the 19th-century iron making town, Allaire Village, and its antique steam trains on the Pine Creek Railroad. Another section of the park that is popular is the Manasquan River, which winds through it. Anglers and recreational boat users can often be found on the banks and in the water. There is lots of native wildlife to be found here too. You'll discover lots of trails when you visit. Be sure to bring Fido's leash and bags to clean up after them. Family campsites 1-8 are pet-friendly, so you and Fido can stay overnight together and keep exploring the next day. Wonder Bar Yappy Hour Yappy Hour is when the Wonder Bar plays host to furry friends! With plenty of fenced-­in outdoor space, dogs can meet new friends, get some exercise, or just chill by the water bowl, while their humans do some socializing of their own. Dogs must be neutered and have current rabies tag or dog license. Choke, prong and spike collars are not permitted. The Yappy Hour deck is for customers 21 and over. The name actually comes from the Delaware word for upland. At this park, you and Fido will discover open fields, saltwater and freshwater marshes, a white cedar swamp, Pine Barrens, and a northeastern hardwood forest. There's also a beach, but dogs are not permitted on it. Family campsites #23-27 and #37-40 are pet-friendly, so you and your pooch can stay for a little longer.
