Apple Valley Civic Center Dog Park Civic Center Dog Park Located on the eastern-most edge of Civic Center Park across the sidewalk from the retention basin, the dog park consists of two separately fenced sections for dogs based on weight class. One area is dedicated to dogs 25 pounds and under. The other is for dogs greater than 25 pounds. Each section has benches, a drinking fountain with a dog fountain, and doggie waste clean-up stations.
