Laguna Beach Dog Park Laguna Beach Dog Park is a great place for the dogs of Laguna Beach to get some exercise and socialize while their owners share the latest news from around town and around the world. The park is open daily from dawn to dusk, except Wednesdays when it's closed for maintenance. When at the dog park, you must pick up after your dog in and out of fenced area. Dogs must be leashed entering and exiting the park. Dogs must be currently licensed. Aggressive dogs must be removed from the park immediately. Professional dog training is not permitted. Spike or pinched collars are not permitted. Sports activities, bicycles, picnics, etc. are not permitted. Take any balls or other toys when you leave. You are responsible for your dog's conduct. If your dog is causing a problem, please leave. Dogs must not be left at the park unattended. See Details
Pet Friendly Douglas Family Preserve
Douglas Family Preserve Douglas Family Preserve is one of two off-leash dog parks in Santa Barbara, CA. This 70-acre property features hiking trails, as well as a beach where your dog can run leash free. Dog owners should bring waste bags and fresh water for their pups. Dogs must stay on leash while entering the park and until the off-leash areas signs are encountered within the park. There are over three miles of dog-friendly park trails, some providing views of the Pacific coastline. See Details
Carbon Canyon Regional Park Leashed pets are welcome to enjoy the plentiful offerings of this 124-acre park which also feature a grove of coastal redwood. The developed areas include expansive grassy areas perfect for picnicking, two fishing piers, and a facility for sports. The undeveloped area features a nature trail through the redwoods--a perfect walk for amateur naturalists, birdwatchers, and hikers. See Details
RRUFF Dog Park RRUFF Dog Park is a beautiful off-leash park inside Johnson Springview Park in Rocklin, CA, with three separate areas for large dogs, small dogs, and pups with special needs. The special needs area is a fenced 30x60 foot area with artificial turf, concrete pathway, large shade structure, and benches. Each section features plenty of agility equipment, climbing structures, trees and picnic tables. See Details
Ruth Hardy Park Ruth Hardy Park in Palm Springs, CA, is pet-friendly. This open park is used for many different activities, including dog walking. The area is 22-acres in total, featuring tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts, plus picnic tables and grills. Please ensure Fido is leashed at all times. See Details
Balboa Park Leashed dogs are welcome to enjoy many of the offerings of Balboa Park, one of the largest urban parks in the country with over 1,000 acres. Located in San Diego, the park has plenty of open spaces, gardens, and walking paths in addition to the San Diego Zoo, museums, and theaters. There are also two designated off-leash areas for dogs to explore at Balboa Dr at El Prado on the south side of Cabrillo Bridge and Morley Field located northwest of the tennis courts. When not in a designated off-leash area, dogs must be leashed at all time, and humans must clean up after their dogs throughout the park and off-leash areas. See Details
Point Isabel Regional Shoreline Dog Park Point Isabel Regional Shoreline in Richmond, CA is pet-friendly. With over 23 acres to explore off-leash, the park welcomes over half a million dogs every year. Alston Park Alston Park is a pet-friendly large nature preserve in Napa, CA, with an enclosed area for dogs to run free. The enclosed area has some agility equipment, lots of balls to throw, a large water pan with running water, and a double entry system to ensure the safety of all dogs going in or out. Dog waste bags are provided. A large portion of the park is off leash for dogs under good voice control, and there is also another large portion that is restricted to dogs on leash only. See Details

Mission Dolores Park Dog Park Located near San Francisco's Mission District and the Castro, the Mission Dolores Park Dog Park has an off-leash area that is popular with dog owners and their furry friends. An expansive grassy area with views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz, this dog-friendly park is a popular spot within the community. Spike's Desert Dog Park Spike's Desert Dog Park is a dog-friendly, fenced dog park in Needles, CA, that was proudly created by dedicated volunteers. Located at the city's recreation center (down the street from the pool), it is very clean, has grass and trees, water, a large shelter, benches, waste bags, a barbecue, picnic table, and a fire hydrant water feature that can be controlled by a timer that people can operate. There is plenty of shade for both humans and canines and ample room for ball chasing and running around. The only caveat is that there are no separate areas for big vs. small dogs. See Details
Bishop Dog Park Bishop Dog Park, located in Bishop, CA, welcomes Fido to run, play and socialize off-leash. The park has grass, benches, & shade structures, in addition to two separate fully-fenced areas for large and small dogs. All dogs must be licensed and currently vaccinated. Civita Park Civita Park is a dog-friendly, multi-level, 14-acre park and dog park in San Diego, CA. Your leashed dog is welcome to join you at the dog park, outdoor amphitheater, picnic grove, and interpretive gardens. Dogs are not allowed in the interactive water feature, bocce court, basketball court, or historic mining terrace. The dog park on site has two separate areas for play, where dogs are separated based upon weight. There are four separate off-leash areas: the southeast section between Lincoln Way, King Drive and 2nd and 7th Avenues; the Northeast section at Stanyan and Grove Streets; the Southcentral area between King Drive, Middle Drive, and 34th and 38th Avenues; and the fenced training area at 38th Ave. and Fulton. Jody Giannini Family Dog Park This park features separate enclosed grassy areas with ocean views for both small and large dogs to play off leash. Dogs must be current on vaccinations and licensed with tags. Take Hwy 1 North heading out of Morro Bay, turn at the stop signal, San Jacinto. Go straight until you come to Ironwood Ave, turn left on Ironwood Ave and it dead ends into Del Mar Park. Follow the signs to the dog park west of the parking lot near the tennis courts.
