The popular Sunnybrook Park offers many amenities for dogs to enjoy with their humans, including an off-leash dog park below the Sunnybrook Hospital, on the west side of the West Don River. Leashed pets are also welcome throughout most of the areas of the remainder of the park.

Cherry/Clarke Beach

You can enjoy a day at the beach with your pup at Cherry/Clark Beach. With ample parking, close proximity to the Martin Goodman Trail, and a designated off-leash area for dogs to romp along the beach's western boundary, you and Fido are sure to enjoy a trip to this popular spot in Toronto.

Eldred King Woodlands

Eldred King Woodlands has beautiful extensive woodland trails where dogs can run off-leash. There is also a pond for dogs who like to swim.

The Shops at Don Mills

The Shops at Don Mills is an outdoor shopping centre with some stores welcoming dogs inside. They even provide water bowls and dog treats. Dogs are not permitted at any of the restaurants or food service areas. Dogs must be leashed at all times and humans must clean up after their pets.

Dog Paddling Adventures

Dog Paddling Adventures offers 1-6 day hiking, canoeing, skijoring, and snowshoeing trips for dogs (and their people) in the Toronto area. The cost varies from $30 for a half-day hike to $635 for a weeklong adventure. All trips include camping accommodation, delicious meals, equipment, park permits, lifejackets and backpacks for both people and dogs, as well as the services of a wilderness guide.
