Clean facilities and guest room as well. Laminate flooring so no greasy, carpet, adequate dog walking areas adjacent and across the street.

Hotel and room were very clean. Front desk staff were extremely helpful. Close to shopping and St Armand’s Circle. Plan to stay here next time we are in Sarasota.

Comfortable room, we had a massive room with a 2 person soak tub. Very convenient to highway, pet friendly and check in staff very pleasant. With all the traffic not particularly easy to get to St Armand’s Circle and the beaches but not many other options for a reasonable pet fee and accepting 70 pound dog. I would definitely return again. Thank you!

We were able to stay for 10 days and nights with our 3 cats and it went very well. We'd recommend La Quinta for this type of stay.

This hotel is clean and very pet friendly. Staff is excellent and the location is great and would definitely recommend. Will be staying here again when in Sarasota.

This hotel is very clean, comfortable, friendly staff and convenient location. They are very pet friendly allowing all dogs of all sizes. The grounds are clean and there is a pet area. I would highly recommend if traveling with your pets!

Very clean facility. Friendly front desk staff. Had a room on the ground floor so easy to take the pup out for potty breaks. Comfy beds. Perkins restaurant is right next door.

Easy checkin, but location does not seem to take COVID very seriously. Staff not wearing masks; no significant cleaning measures seem to be in place. Saw several bugs in the room and bathroom, although rooms did seem to be updated. Lots of green space for dogs outdoors; right off interstate.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk agent was friendly. However, she wasn't wearing a mask. Nor were the large group of adults drinking and carousing in the middle of the lobby. Avoid this property if you have any concerns about Covid-19.

You have to sign an agreement that if they need to call you concerning your dog, and you don’t respond within 15 minutes, they call animal control. I did not feel comfortable with that. We would not leave our dog in the room.

We reserved a suite, as we wanted a little extra room for our doggie to roam around after traveling in a car all day. The room was beautiful and clean, and, best of all, quiet. The grounds around the facility were also well kept - very little trash and plenty of “doggie bags”. There was also a lot of room surrounding the hotel to walk our little guy. Breakfast was also great. I would definitely stay there again.

Quiet location adjacent to I75. Large hotel with good pet walking opportunities on and off property. Several restaurants adjacent. Our king suite was one large room with basic furnishings eg. no dining table except the desk. Staff unevenly helpful. Good for overnight; less for extended stay.

We were on the 4th floor and the only time we saw someone else on that floor was our last night there. Outside pet potty area. No issue with leaving pets alone. We had a suite. Living area and bedroom was carpet. Bathroom and entrance was tile. Room was clean. The only issue I had was that you signed some pet rules and it stated that if there was a issue and they couldn't get hold of you animal control would be called to remove the pet. We did not leave them for more then a couple of hours.
