Pet Friendly Island Resort
Island Resort Pet Policy Dogs are allowed at Island Resort, but they must be kept on a leash when outside your vehicle. Pets are not allowed in the cabins. Pets are allowed in your camping unit and on your site. Pets must stay inside your camping unit, unless you are outside. Pets are never to be tied to trees, posts or your camping unit. Pets must be cleaned up after. Pets must not disturb other guests. Excessive barking or other disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and the pet owner will be required to remove the offending pet(s) from the campground. Pets must be left inside your camping unit when you are away from your campsite. Please take into consideration the outside temperatures and weather conditions when leaving your pet inside. You are responsible for providing adequate ventilation and climate control for your pet(s). Pets must wear their current and valid rabies tags. Pets must wear tags with name, and telephone number to reach owners. Aggressive dog breeds (rotweiller & pit bulls) are not permitted in the campground. Pets are not allowed to swim in ponds. Ramblin' Pines RV Park & Campground Pet Policy Dogs are allowed at Ramblin' Pines RV Park & Campground, but they must be kept on a leash (6' max length) when outside your vehicle, and kept quiet and under control. Restrooms and other buildings are off limits. Do no tie to trees. Clean up after your pet, please. Do not leave unattended. Use the dog park for exercise. Restricted Breeds: German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Chows, Rottweiler, Dobermans, Mastiffs, Airedales, Staffordshire or any mixed breeds of those dogs. Holiday Park Campground Inc Pet Policy Dogs are allowed at Holiday Park Campground Inc, but they must be kept on a leash (6' or shorter) when outside your vehicle, be attended to and properly cleaned up after (carry a clean up bag when walking your pet). Pets must have proof of current vaccination for rabies. Excessive barking is not tolerated. Owner may be asked to take animal home if the above rules are violated. Exotic animals and dogs of the following breeds are not permitted: Doberman, Rottweiler, Boxer, Mastiff, German Shepherd, Airedale, Chow, Staffordshire, Pit Bull and any mixed breed of the above. Bar Harbor RV Park & Marina Pet Policy Dogs are allowed at Bar Harbor RV Park & Marina, but they must be kept on a leash (6' or less) when outside your vehicle. There is a 35 pound limit (exceptions are made for certain breeds--please call). Pets are to be kept at your site or boat, walked on the paved surface directly to and from the doggie area, and leashed on the patio (never tied to trees, posts, etc and never penned or staked).
