Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, we had a single number to call. At one point, we needed to make changes to an existing reservation that would impact the next 4 days of reservations and their team was able to coordinate directly with the hotels and help us manage the adjustments without requiring us to contact each property individually.

I love this app. I’ve used it for years. It’s so nice to take the guessing game out because believe me we’ve all been kicked out of places because “you can’t have a dog in here”🤷🏻♀️ bringFido takes that away. You can find dog friendly restaurants, hotels, and dog parks. I just got back from Wisconsin two days ago, I used it the whole way. Two years ago I did a road trip used it the whole way I cannot say enough good things about BringFido.🐕🦺💕🐕🦺💕🐕🦺💕

I saw an ad for BringFido and it has changed how I travel with my dogs! The reviews from other customers are extremely helpful and when I needed to speak to someone the concierge was friendly and SO helpful! She called multiple hotels to accommodate our travel plans. Their prices are the same as Expedia and they don’t have any hidden fees! This is a must if you travel with pets!

Bring Fido makes traveling with pets so simple. It takes out the guesswork of which hotels allow pets and helps you understand what amenities each place offers by reading customer reviews. We were traveling to Arkansas with our three German shepherds. Best Western canceled our reservation because they only allow one dog. BringFido helped me to find and make a reservation at another hotel.

We travel cross country twice a year with 2 dogs, 20 & 35 pounds. We never know how far we’ll go. Weather & construction delays can play havoc on the best of plans. We’re almost always making last minute reservations and have to call in. I love that the staff calls the hotel to confirm they have a pet room and the availability. It’s a great Peace of Mind knowing we have what we need and they confirm the pet fees.

This app has made it so very easy to find and book dog friendly accommodations. The concierge staff are extremely friendly and have gone out of their way to make sure everything has worked out perfectly. When your staff member was unable to confirm my reservation because the hotel front desk was closed, she called me in person and then helped me search for other accommodations. I never expected this much personal support and I’m really grateful.

The customer service representative did the best thing for us. We chose the hotel we wanted and then she called them directly to make sure a room was available. Great decision because we were told upon checkin that it was the LAST room. Her experience was crucial to us having a smooth hotel stay.
I used BringFido to find a hotel to stay in with my dog over Christmas and it was perfect, exactly what I needed from a service like this. Excellent. Sadly on the last day of my trip, tragedy hit and sadly my dog didn't make the journey back home with me. Their system automatically sends you follow up emails asking you to review your experience, so I finally replied and shared with them what happened so that I might be removed from their mailing list. Someone named Kathy responded with kind condolences. Then a week or two later, an incredibly beautiful wind chime came in the mail from them with a lovely letter from Kathy and the BringFido crew. It was so above and beyond, it makes me tear up to write about it. This company is great and the people who work there are wonderful humans.
