Passengers must book pets on board at least 24 hours prior to departure.

Animals can travel with their owners in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 22 lbs (10 kg). Pets must be clean and healthy to travel in this manner. Each passenger is permitted to bring 1 carrier with them into the cabin and each carrier can carry a maximum of 2 pets in the same carrier if they are familiar with each other, provided that they remain within the weight limit. Cats and dogs are not permitted to travel together in the same carrier. You must hold the carrier or fit it under the seat in front of you, not on the seat itself. Pets must remain fully inside for the duration of the flight. Animals being transported in the cabin are charged as excess baggage.

Pets who exceed the limits to travel in the cabin can be transported as checked baggage instead. They must be clean and healthy to travel in the hold. The total combined weight of a single pet and carrier should not exceed 165 lb (75 kg). 3 animals up to 6 months old from the same litter, up to 30 lbs (14 kg) each, may be shipped together, and 2 animals of comparable size up to 30 lbs (14 kg) may be shipped in the same carrier. Animals over this weight must travel individually.

For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed 21" x 15" x 8" (55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm). The carrier must be ventilated and large enough for your pet to lay down, stand up, and turn around. For pets traveling in the hold, large enough that the animal can stand upright, turn and lie down in a natural manner; clean, leak- escape- and claw-proof; fit for transportation and handling (feeding, watering, cleaning); well ventilated on at least three sides. Hand-made containers cannot be accepted for pet transportation in the hold. the container must be spacious enough for pets to stand upright, turn and lie down naturally. For pets traveling in the hold, carriers must not exceed 43" x 29" x 29" (110 cm x 75 cm x 75 cm). It must be made of non-toxic materials: fiberglass, metal, rigid plastics, weld metal mesh, solid wood or plywood. Carriers made entirely of welded mesh or wire mesh are not suitable. Carriers must also be ventilated on at least 3 sides.
