For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers should not exceed 18" x 18" x 12" (46 cm x 46 cm x 30 cm) and should be soft ventilated bags or kennels. A moisture absorbent mat must be placed in the carrier.

For flights to/from London, pets are not permitted in the cabin or as accompanied baggage. For flights to the Middle East, live birds will not be carried as accompanied baggage either in the cabin or in the hold.
