Small cats and dogs that are at least three months old are welcome to fly in the cabin with Akasa Air.
For acceptance in the cabin, the combined weight of the pet and carrier must not exceed 15 lbs (7 kg).

Dogs and cats who exceed the limit to travel in the cabin may be accepted for transport as checked baggage instead. Passengers can check-in animals and carriers with a combined weight up to 70 lbs (32 kg) in at the airport.

Dogs and cats who exceed the limit to travel as checked baggage can be checked-in at the cargo terminal instead. The weight limit for this service is 220 lbs (100 kg).

For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed 19” L x 12” W x 10” H (48 cm x 30 cm x 25 cm). For pets traveling as checked baggage or cargo, carriers must not exceed 36” L x 28” W x 28” H (91 cm x 71 cm x 71 cm).

Passengers must book a place on board for pets at least 48 hours before departure. Akasa Air allows one pet in the cabin and one in the hold on each flight. Pets will be booked on a first come, first-served basis.
