Pet Reservations
To reserve a place for your dog, you must contact City Jet via telephone in advance of your flight.
Pets in the Cabin
City Jet allows passengers to bring one domesticated cat or dog on board each flight for no additional charge. Pets count towards a passenger's carry on allowance.
Carrier Guidelines
For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers should not exceed the dimensions of 24” x 16” x 10” (60 cm x 40 cm x 25 cm). Carriers must fit under the seat and be big enough to allow your pet to stand up, lie down, and turn around in a natural position.
Other Restrictions
City Jet does not allow more than 3 pet carriers in the cabin at any time.
