Pets in the Cabin

Condor welcomes dogs and cats in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier is less than 13 lbs (6 kg). Pet fees vary depending on the zone of your travel: Zone 1 (Balearics, Balkans, Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal Mainland) has a fee of $75; Zone 2 (Iceland, Canary Islands, Cape Verde & Madeira, Cyprus, Malta, Greece, Turkey, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Gambia, and United Arab Emirates) has a fee of $90; and Zone 3 (East Africa, Asia, Caribbean, Central, and South America), 4 (Southern Africa and Indian Ocean), and 5 (USA, Canada, Puerto Rico) all have a fee of $115.

Pets in Checked Baggage

Dogs who exceed the size restrictions to travel in the cabin may be transported as checked baggage. Pets traveling in medium carriers to Zone 1 (Balearics, Balkans, Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal Mainland) will be charged $95; Zone 2 (Iceland, Canary Islands, Cape Verde and Madeira, Cyprus, Malta, Greece and Turkey, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Gambia, and United Arab Emirates) hwill be charged $125; and Zone 3 (East Africa, Asia, Caribbean, Central, and South America), Zone 4 (Southern Africa & Indian Ocean), and Zone 5 (USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico) will be charged $185. Pets traveling in large carriers to Zone 1 will be charged $188.00; Zone 2 will be charged $255; and Zone 3, 4, and 5 will be charged $310.

Carrier Guidelines

For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers should be well-ventilated, waterproof, and lockable. They may not exceed the maximum dimensions of 21" L x 15" W x 8" H (55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm). Water and food containers must be provided inside the carrier. Animals must be able to stand up without their head or ears coming into contact with the roof of the cage or crate and be able to turn around and lie down in a natural position. For pets traveling in the hold, carriers must not exceed 31" L x 21" W x 39" H (80 cm x 55 cm x 100 cm) or 49" L x 29" W x 39" H (i.e. 125 cm x 75 cm x 100 cm). The carrier must be stable and clean, have a watertight base, and be lined with absorbent material. Additionally, mesh roofs are not permitted.

Other Restrictions

The following breeds are generally not accepted for transportation with Condor: Pitbull Terrier, American Pitbull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bullterrier, Bullterrier, Amer. Bulldog, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Kangal (Karabash), Caucasian Ovtcharka, Mastiff, Mastino Napoletano. Snub-nosed breeds of dogs and cats are also not allowed to travel, including breeds like the Boston Terrier, Boxer, Bulldog (all breeds other than the American Bulldog), Chow Chow, Griffon Bruxellois, Japanese Chin, English Toy Spaniel, Mops, Pekinese and Shih Tzu. On all routes, subject to the applicable rules of the country concerned, they only accept trained assistance dogs
