S7 Airlines only allows 2 pets on each flight.

S7 Airline welcomes dogs, cats, and household birds to travel in the cabin on certain routes. The combined weight with a carrier should be less than 17 lbs (8 kg) for pets to qualify for travel in the cabin. Fees for this service are based on S7 excess baggage fees and vary by destination.

Pets that exceed the cabin weight limit can be transported as checked baggage instead. In the cargo hold, animals will travel in an area of the aircraft with a similar temperature and pressure to the cabin. Fees vary for each destination, weight of the animal, and the size of their carrier.

For pets traveling in the cabin, the maximum dimensions of the carrier should not exceed 21" x 15" x 8" (55 cm х 40 cm х 20 cm). Your pet must stay completely inside for the duration of the flight. For pets traveling as checked baggage, smaller carriers should be 80" (203 cm), large carriers are anything over this amount. Each of these sizes will be charged differently.
