Gateway InnI strongly suggest you remove this horribly below average Motel from your recommendations. I understand now that Lyman WY is a very small town. if there had not been a reco from y’all, I would have driven farther. Upon arrival I had to call as the office was unoccupied. The room was dirty and falling apart. I refused to even use the shower.

Poor Customer Service
Travelodge by Wyndham Pioneer VillaThe Pioneer Village is a truck stop with a large restaurant and bar attached.When we checked in, the receptionist was on the phone and would not take care of the line of guests trying to get a room. She also had to run double duty as the cashier for the restaurant. Perhaps a sign of the “help” needed issue?🤷🏻♀️

Cool motel, bad communication
Steam Plant HotelThe hotel itself was really cool and the staff was very hospitable. It’s located very near downtown and as such parking is an extra charge. When returned on Sunday night the lots were closed because resurfacing was scheduled. So I had to park across the street which meant when I left in the morning I had to schlep all mine and my dog's stuff a good 1500 feet across a busy street. If I had been told that this was going to happen when I checked in, I could have packed up the non essentials on Saturday night.
