Not so good
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Fredericksburg South (I-95) VARoom assigned was an accessibility room we didn’t ask for, so we had a weird shower thing without a curtain and something to sit on; no bathtub and the seat that I guess the handicap type person sits on had a dead bug on it. The bathroom sink was almost completely stopped up, the water would not go down. It would take 4 to 5 minutes. There was absolutely no heat whatsoever in the room. I asked the manager about this he said that they have a weird old antiquated boiler system and that was the explanation. I asked if we could have some blankets because there were literally no blankets in the room, just basically a thin sheet and on top of the thin sheet was similar to another thin sheet. That was the bedding.
Graciously at about 10 o’clock at night, they brought us up a couple of blankets since my wife was the one that was really cold. I gave both to her but it was not a comfortable night sleeping. Good thing the door park was nice but unfortunately it was on the other side of the hotel, which is OK but it was also very very dark over there and kind of out-of-the-way at night And our key cards did not work in anywhere other than just our room so we were not able to use the side access stores to come in and out which made it quite annoying to have to go all the way around to the main entrance every time
Not so great
SpringHill Suites Boston PeabodyAt check-in no information about room wifi, where to walk dog, etc. Pool area shut down, ice machine not working on 4 of 5 floors (not ours), channel remote not working on tv. Dog area size of postage stamp. Room quite noisy from outside highway traffic. Alarm left on position from prior guests so awakened at 5:30 am. Should have been looked at by staff.
