Good for a quick stay!

We stayed here for an overnight stay on our way through the area on a road trip.

Some pros:
-Room was clean!
-Affordable room that was available at the last minute
-Friendly staff
-Very close to all of Fort Collins shops and restaurants!

Some cons:
-When I tried to use guest laundry, the washer worked but the dryer did not (after several attempts to run through cycles)
-Gravel and stone area only for dog relief
-We were placed on the second floor and our dog struggled to walk up the steps
-The hallways and parking lot smelled strongly of marijuana

Overall, we would stay here again for an overnight trip or short weekend stay!

Great stay!

We stayed here for an overnight stay on our way through the area on a road trip. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. Our room was located on the first floor right next to a side door for easy in and out access for our dog. There is a decent amount of grass for dog relief and bags provided. Friendly staff and very close to many stores and restaurants! Quiet hotel with working amenities (used the laundry services). Affordable room available at the last minute. Recommend if staying for a short time!

Great for one night stay!

Stayed here for an overnight stay on our way through the area for a road trip.

Some pros:
-Affordable room available at the last minute
-Friendly staff
-Nice outdoor pool!
-Laundry amenities work great
-Several small patches of grass for dogs to use the bathroom
-Carpeted room
-Comfy beds

Some cons:
-VERY busy hotel with a lot of traffic in and out so sometimes noisy
-Room was a little dirty (smashed bug on wall that was never cleaned up, dirty windows, carpet was dirty)
-Our room was on the third floor so our dog had to use the elevator (he did well, but was very nervous and stressed about it, as well as having to walk on some laminate flooring throughout the hallway and lobby)

Overall, we would stay here again for an overnight stay in the area but probably wouldn’t stay for longer than a weekend!

Great for one night stay

We stayed here for one overnight stay on our way through this area on a road trip.

Some Pros:
-Nice grassy area for dogs to use the bathroom
-Side door for easy access in and out of the building
-Our room was on the ground floor
-Comfy beds
-Very cheap and affordable
-Friendly staff
-Within a mile of so many stores and restaurants!
-Bathroom was up to date and the cleanest part of the room

Some Cons:
-Room smelled heavily of smoke and marijuana
-Room was not very clean overall
-There was old food in the microwave that was never cleaned out
-Fridge did not work for my daughter’s milk and juice
-You could hear lots of banging, walking, talking, TV, etc all throughout the night
-Water pressure for shower not great at all
-Floors are hard wood for easy clean up, but our dog had trouble walking on them (just a personal con)

Overall, would stay here again for a quick overnight stay, but wouldn’t stay for longer than that!

Fantastic!

We stayed here for an overnight stay on our way through the area on our road trip. This was BY FAR our favorite hotel we stayed in during this trip. There is a nice grassy area for dogs to use the bathroom as well as sidewalks around the hotel for quick walks. Our room was on the ground floor with side access for easy in and out. The room was impeccably clean and up to date. Beds were comfy and the room was the perfect size for the three of us and our big German Shepherd. Affordable price for a truly pleasant stay! Highly recommend!

-Friendly staff
-Ground floor room located near dog relief area and parking directly outside our door
-Close to all of the stores and restaurants!
-Affordable room with cheap pet fee
-Updated bathroom

Some Cons:
-Carpet was filthy (the bottoms of my daughter’s feet were covered with dirt by the end of the evening)
-Bathroom door got stuck frequently and didn’t lock
-AC did not work well so the room didn’t cool down for quite some time

Overall, we would stay here again for an overnight stay or for a weekend!
