Kind and Incompetent

The hotel is nice with a nice view of the river. The staff is all very kind. With the exception of one desk clerk and a tiny female that would carry an entire tray of food like a boss, the rest of the restaurant staff were incompetent, lazy and lacked basic common sense or courtesy. They were unable to anticipate guest needs and accommodate a dinner rush apparently. Aside from that, charging for parking at the hotel you already paid to stay at is absurd. The dog was happy even though the extra $75 for him to stay was absurd as well.
