Nice people but noisy
Comfort Inn SouthMedford has a homeless problem which makes walking a dog late night a bit sketchy. The hotel is nice and the people are really friendly who are trying their very best to make you feel welcome. A lot of traffic noise. Overall okay value for the money.

Awesome place
Callahan's Mountain LodgeStayed for 3 nights and had an awesome time. Booked the panorama suite with fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Will totally do it again. Close to the freeway but with windows closed, you won’t hear it. Quick drive into Ashland. Lots of space to walk the doggie. Best thing: the well-behaved dogs are allowed everywhere in the building and I mean EVERYWHERE! Being from Europe, I was amazed to see that they were allowed even in the restaurant, which offers some really tasty food. Can’t wait to get there again. Neither does doggie.
