Must see

Hopewell Rocks Provincial Park

Great place to see, very beautiful.
If you have a reactive dog, please know that there are a LOT of other dogs (and people) there and not a lot of space.
There is a water hose to clean your shoes and your dog when you exist the park. Very convenient.

Two humans necessary

Magnetic Hill Wharf Village

You will need two humans if you really want to visit because the dog can't go in the shops.
There are tables to eat outside (dog friendly) and water bowls for the dogs.
My advice: don't pay for the magnetic hill itself. Not worth it, even at 6$.

Dog friendly

St. James Gate

We had a good experience, except for two things:
- First, there is no staff at the hotel. It's a self check in and the restaurant staff can't help. We never received the email that was supposed to contain the access codes and we weren't able to reach anyone by phone. We met 3 other couples in the exact same situation as us while we waited and the staff downstair told us it happened quite often. It took approximately an hour for us to get in our room.
- Second, the place is VERY loud. I read reviews saying that before we went, and I lived upstairs from a bar a few years ago, so I thought I was prepared for it. I wasn't. If you want to be able to sleep before the restaurant closes, you need earplugs, a white noise machine, medication to knock you off and a good dose of mental power.
