Didn’t get a room

After 11 hours of driving, we pulled into Beat Western in Lumberton SC. There was a computer glitch with reservation, something about the virtual card. I gave her a copy of confirmation email, my ID (license and military), and my credit card. I was reserved, confirmed, and paid for in full but reception refused to give me a room. I asked her to call her supervisor. She did nothing. Called BringFido help line & they called hotel reception offering suggested steps. I was polite but insistent and finally she started helping other customers. I asked her, “Are you going to give me a room?” Answer was no with a head shake and off she went. I drove 20 miles down the road and got a room another Best Western. And it was raining cats & dogs!! Terrible. I regret having to give them even 1 bone.
