Good not great

Check-in was super easy and we were given treats for our pups and a door hanger for our room to indicate there were pups in the room. Front desk staff was super friendly and even seemed excited to see our pups!

The room was spacious and had enough room for everyone. We had a king/sofa double bed. There were a couple of downsides. Being on the 4the floor with dogs to take out to potty was tricky. When I went to make up the sofa bed for my kids there was no blanket and a single pillow. Overall not a big deal since I just asked the front desk for a blanket and gave one of the kids a pillow from the bed. Also, the side tables next to the bed were dusty and there were fingerprints all over the headboard. This made me wonder just how clean this room was. Kinda concerning when we are still in the midst of a pandemic.

Kids enjoyed breakfast and the pups were okay with the grass out front along the street. Didn’t see a specific location for puppy potty breaks, but I always bring my own baggies and make sure to clean up so not a huge issue. Overall, happy with our stay and would consider staying again. Last Minute Booking

Booked the afternoon of as we weren’t sure how long the last leg of our road trip would take. Since I waited so long everything that would fit our family from Bend, Klamath Falls, Shasta, and Redding was booked. A standard two double room would not work for our family of 5 plus 2 dogs. The room (king and 2 doubles) was huge and the beds were comfy that was probably the best part. If you keep the ac running it will drown out the sound of the freeway. The room was sort of clean, (hair in the shower and everyone’s feet were black after walking around barefoot). There was a ton of grass out back around the pool to potty the puppers as well as baggies and a trash can, but the grass area was littered with broken beer bottles and garbage. I tried to make sure the pups pottied quickly and in a cleaner spot. Didn’t check out breakfast as I was ready to get back on the road and put this hotel behind me. Definitely would not stay here again but not the worst motel in the world.

Perfect Stay

When we arrived I was concerned about the construction in progress on one half of the building. When I requested a ground floor room the only available was on the construction side and front desk said construction started at 8am. A goodie bag for the pups was also given at check in with treats and poop bags. Room was clean and spacious and the pups had a great stay. Their humans had a great stay also and the human kids got fresh baked cookies from the front desk. Next time we are in Spokane we will be stopping here for sure!

Fabulous Room

We stayed one night here on our massive road trip. There was almost no parking but lots of grass for the puppers. Our room was a suite so no first floor rooms were available, but we were on second floor close to the lobby for a quick trip down the stairs and out the front doors to plenty of grass. Only downside, which was not the hotel's fault, but a guest… a little boy was walking a huge dog down the hallway as we were loaded down with luggage and two small dogs. He let go of his dog and it immediately came after our dogs. My husband was able to block the big dog from getting to our dogs, but it was a little concerning that this small child was roaming the hallways alone (no parent around) with a large aggressive dog that he could not control. Overall hotel was great, other guests not so much.

A Wonderful Surprise

We booked last minute because we got into town earlier than expected and our other hotel had nothing available. Pet room was on the first floor with both an inside hallway door as well as an outside access door for making trips out to the grass for potty breaks super handy! Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great location with lots of dinner options around. Human breakfast was also pretty good, and the human kids loved the pool. So happy to have found this hotel and we are already planning on booking for our trip next year! Happy people and happy pups!

Quick Overnight Stop

Good price, room was large and spacious, dog potty area was grassy and well lit at night. Human breakfast was kinda meh, but overall a good stay with 2 pups.

Clean Spacious Room

Stayed for a quick overnight stay and room was clean and spacious. Pet potty area was clean and we were very happy with our stay.
