In need of makeover!
MainStay Suites at PGA VillageBeds were comfortable. Kitchen area was terrible! Stovetop vent rusted out, frig shelves rusting, walls near bed looked like there was dried snot. Had to move TV on top of dresser to be able to view from couch, and didn’t have a remote, I had to borrow from front desk. There were no USB connections, no clock radio, no telephone, no directory of services, not even a Gideon Bible in the room! This hotel has potential, though at over $300/night, with an additional pet fee, we will choose other options for future stays in the area.
Very Pet Friendly
Hilton Garden Inn West Palm Beach AirportThe hotel is just 10 minutes from Clematis Street, the main street of West Palm Beach. It is relatively quiet given that it is adjacent to the Australian Boulevard road that connects downtown with the Airport. We were somewhat surprised that we had to pay for our breakfast, given that the rates are quite high. There is a large grassy area to walk your pups.
Beautiful Hotel, Terrible Service
Hotel Andaluz Albuquerque Curio Collection by HiltonExcept on arrival and departure, thanks to the wonderful valets, everything in between was not worth the price we paid! It is clearly a management issue when the hotel manager is unreachable and does not maintain regular hours.
Great stay for us...
Quality Inn & Suites Mason CityWe were not only accommodated, we were also upgraded since we were staying for nearly a week. We were on the 1st floor, adjacent to an exit door to the outside. The hotel is clean and conveniently located to downtown Mason and some very good restaurants. It is one of the best places to stay in this area...
Very nice hotel...
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mobile - DaphneNice staff and close to many food takeout options!
Great Experience!
SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Vero BeachFrom check-in to check-out, the staff could not have been more welcoming or more helpful during our brief visit...this hotel is on our short list of favorites!!
Really enjoyed our first stay at an "Express"
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Fort Pierce West an IHG HotelAlways thought that "Express" meant that it was pretty low-budget, but was surprised to find it was like staying at a Marriott without the $100 pet fee (whether you stay 1 night or 30 nights). The pet fee at HI was $25 per night with a maximum of $75 per stay. For a short-term stay, we had a large "suite" and were very comfortable. Will stay again!
One of the nicer hotels in the area...
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Warner Robins - Robins AFBHave always regarded La Quinta as a first choice when traveling with our 2 dogs. Not every La Quinta is created equal, though this one was a really nice one, with a restaurant within a stone's throw. We would return when back in the area.
Clean but overpriced...
Baymont by Wyndham Warner RobinsStayed a few nights on our escape from hurricane Dorian's path. Felt that pet fees were excessive and that rooms needed a more significant make-over for the $77 per night (before pet fee of $15 per pet per night). A fresh coat of paint and new carpet only goes so far. Bath towels are flimsy and tiny, sheets wouldn't stay on the corners of the mattress. Ended up at a nearby La Quinta for a bit more money and a lot more comfort. Was surprised that the BringFido concierge gave us such high ratings for this location when she was helping us book a hotel over the phone...it did not measure up to the reality!
Clean and Convenient
Wingate by Wyndham Valdosta/Moody AFBAs hurricane Dorian refugees, we needed a dog-friendly stopover on our northerly escape path. So glad that they had a room for us. No carpet on the floors makes sense for keeping rooms clean, but makes it slippery for pups to safely navigate.
