Recently Rude

I've been going to Upscale Tail for a few years but will be taking my pooch elsewhere from now on. I'm tired of the poor attitudes and increase in price on my dogs grooming each time I go (when I ask for the same service at the last time). When I call to schedule a grooming, it feels like I’m asking a teenager to do chores. I'm disappointed because they seemed to truly care for me and my dog from the beginning. I’m not sure what has changed but it’s not worth it for me anymore.
