Traveling across country with a 90 lb well behaved Lab. It is important to us to have access for relief and a room available to get to that zone because I can’t carry him. Metal grated stairs and elevators don’t work for us

Outstanding gem in St. George
Tru By Hilton St. GeorgeReception associate could not have been more pleasant, informative and efficient. I wrote her boss to document that quality. Room was clean, easy access to an actual grassy pet area, and all services readily marked and accessible. All staff were awesome. We traveled across country and Tru was the best by far out of 6 nights.

Sub Standard
Red Roof Inn Des MoinesRoom was on 2nd floor requiring my dog to climb 14 stairs on steel grated stairs - not good. Room had a moldy smell. Check-in associate was very nice which was the only positive event. Checkout was a surly male. Overall it was not a good stay for us other than the price. You get what you pay for or what is available.
