We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and loved it. Great design with comfortable seating and full bathrooms. Numerous dogs at tables with owners.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at GHL. We never before had a hotel-provided dog bed and professional dog washing station included in our stay. There is a small dog park, plenty of grass areas, and an adjacent paved bike/walk trail into town. Great service and amenities. Clean and cozy!

Lure was outstanding! Our food and service were great. A water bowl was offered for our dog. Outdoor tables are a bit tight in summer season, so a dog needs to be able to navigate peacefully. We loved it.

Good one night stop on our way further north. Cool retro motel, very functional and clean. Right in the center of town near the water.

The food was outstanding. We had chowder, sushi, and the noodle bowl. Good service too. Sidewalk seating is marginally adequate, but limited in capacity.

Great service and food at affordable prices. Loved the walleye sandwich for lunch. Shaded garden seating and water bowl brought for our dog.

We stayed a weekend night for well over $300, including taxes and pet fee. The hotel is fine, clean, and has a small pool. There was a 3 drink happy hour with substantial snacks plus a decent breakfast. Plenty of safe neighborhood walking in every direction.

Very nice hotel: underground parking, various restaurants and Victoria Park a few blocks away. Safe part of town. Friendly and helpful staff. Not inexpensive but a very comfortable stay and would book again.

Everything about the BW worked for our one night stay before taking the ferry across the lake. No complaints except required driving to dinner etc.

Wow what amazing food and vibe! Also dog friendly outdoor seating. We had a fantastic experience on a Wednesday (bistro night) with $25 wine bottles and specials. We love the small plates dining to sample various dishes. The service was great and everything was amazing.

Loved the shaded outdoor table on the deck. food was delicious and reasonably priced. pooch got special treatment and an iced water bowl. Close to the dog beach too.

Really good spot. Good amount of green space nearby. Decent restaurant practically adjoining.

We spotted this hotel off a highway billboard. What a great find! Aside from dog friendly, it’s absolutely charming. Staff was very helpful. There are two adjoining restaurants, one has an event space. There is a small park and green field across from the hotel. The town is very walkable with a dog. Great buffet breakfast included.

Easy access. Nearby green space was fine for playing fetch. Walkable restaurants. Seriously consider going to Pattis 1880 settlement 30 mins east.

We were seated on the back patio with our large dog. It was comfortable enough on an overcast day threatening rain. There was a roof and pull down sides but they were not needed. our waiter was friendly and brought water for the dog. The food was good and beers typical these days

We took our dog on a horse trolley to Mission Point for the ride experience. We spotted this place and adjoining miniature golf course. We tried both and the food was very good. Staff was welcoming to our large lab.

We picked it off BF reviews and enjoyed the experience. It was a little busy so there was a wait for food. The meals were tasty but on the smaller side. Was fine on the patio with our dog.

We wanted to try one of the wineries on Old Mission Peninsula and chose this one by name only. It turned out to be dog friendly and a fine choice. We were seated outside on the patio with our large dog and the staff brought the pet some water. we had to split our party for the indoor wine tasting and shopping but that was tolerable. Nice pleasant building and comfortable patio.

This was a very affordable stop for a simple overnight on our road trip. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There was enough green space in the vicinity for a good dog walk. We would stay again. Maids could have been a bit more attentive to cleaning, but was not that bad.

This place worked fine for our first ever BringFido experience. It could be great with a little more attention to details on maintenance and service. Good breakfast too. I originally rated this higher but after experiencing other BF stays, that was too high. This place is a low 3. Very dark. The lobby is refurbished but rooms, parking lot, and exterior need attention.

We had a spacious queen room with a loft with bed for our 3 person family. That setup had plenty of room. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a great indoor pool that was kept very warm. There is plenty of sidewalk walking area especially to the west. I walked our dog to Lake Michigan for a swim. Staff was very helpful regarding the pet policy. We would stay here again.

We booked a cabin with king bedroom and loft area bed for 3. It was far larger than typical hotel rooms and very comfortable for our 3 night stay with large dog. It was clean and well appointed. Location was great for the ferry and easily walkable to town. Plenty of grass area, nearby park space and lake beach. Staff was very helpful as needed.

This was an easy stay with our lab. The staff was great and the hotel is functional and clean. I gave it 4 bones only because it’s pricey and outside green space is pretty limited. Otherwise everything was great and no complaints.

We had a nice meal at an outdoor table while visiting the ND campus. They were very accommodating to our brown lab and even brought s bowl of water.
