Good location

Well-kept hotel & property. Nice pool, but no jacuzzi. The king-bed room we rented with our dog was very small. The water pressure in bathroom sink was terrible. The $50 dog fee and the $16/nite parking was high. We were also surrounded by smokers which was tough if you wanted fresh air in your room. I will probably not stay there the next trip to Monterey as I will be sure to book early and not settle as I did this time.
