Comfortable Room
Makai Beach LodgeThis was a great location on the dog beach. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The kitchenette was outdated.

Stay somewhere else
Extended Stay America Suites - Tampa - Brandon - EastThe room was cleaned with a chemical that was extremely irritating; others complained and the hotel staff did not care. My primary reason for booking Extended Stay was to do laundry. I was told that the machines took credit cards. Well the app linking the machine for payment was not working. Staff stated they did not own the machines, it was not there problem and to contact the equipment owner. Note: I could not get a human to answer the call. When I told them, they did not care and said to get quarters, and the hotel did not provide change. There was little customer service. I was doing them a favor staying there. If you are traveling on leisure or business do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
