Room change made all the difference

When we arrived, the room was on the second floor and smelled horribly of stale smoke. Called the front desk and they were very accommodating. Not only moved up to another room, but put us on the first floor. Our dog was 13 1/2 years old and the stairs were hard for him.

Basic Accommodations

Rodeway Inn Red Oak

The hotel was fine for what we wanted. A place to spend the night while on the road. Floor was laminate, which is tough for the dog. Easy access from the parking lot and it was the first room from the side door.
