Best Hotel Ever!
Kimpton Brice Hotel an IHG HotelThis hotel is spectacular even if you don’t bring Fido. If you do, the dog-friendly atmosphere is above all! High-end rooms with large screen HD TVs, a soaking tub and free wine at Happy Hour. The staff is amazing and skilled with dogs. Our TV was on the fritz and when the manager came to fix it he played fetch with our dog! The park across the street is clean and perfect. There are plenty of dog-friendly restaurants with covered heated patios. Can’t wait to go back.

So Sad
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Beckley WVThis was our first road trip from New York to Florida with our Standard Poodle Gabe. We chose this hotel in Beckley WV because of the BringFido recommendations as well as the nearby Mexican restaurant. So very sad. The hotel did not have towels or soap and sadly had fecal matter on the bathroom door in 3 places. It was pouring rain and the Mexican restaurant does NOT allow dogs inside EVER unless they are service dogs. Basically if you are looking for a stopover from New York to Florida, my advice is to just SKIP Beckley West Virginia.
