Not everything advertised was true

It was stated that the hotel provides dog beds and bowls upon request but when I asked the staff told me they’ve never done that. The room was nice and the dogs were happy but I expected more with the high cost. There was also a card in the room itself listing certain amenities that were not available like cell phone chargers. I’m not sure why they would go out of their way to mention items they don’t have.
