Friendly and helpful desk staff

We brought our dogs on our recent trip to Coos Bay. The room was ridiculously clean. (Frankly, I’ve stayed in hospital rooms that weren’t as clean.) It’s a no frills place—no clock, no coffee maker in the room that we selected, but all we wanted was a clean place to lay our heads. We certainly got it.
The dog grass area was loaded with poop, but I don’t see that as the motel’s fault; that’s because some dog owners are knuckleheads and don’t clean up after their dogs. (That being said, the owner might consider having someone scoop the area a couple times a day, since they are providing it as an amenity for their guests.)

Front desk staff was so very helpful. We were greeted by a young man named Ethan His restaurant recommendations were spot on, he looked online for the weather forecast in an area that we were totally unfamiliar with for our trip home, and he was happy to help. I never felt like I was inconveniencing him when I asked a question. My second question was met by the Manager. Also super helpful and friendly. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!!
