Poor customer service

The staff was patronizing and unfriendly. They did not offer to help with the clogged shower. The rooms also have no air conditioning and are very stuffy. My dog went to sleep in the bathroom on the tile floor because it was too hot anywhere else and I had difficulty sleeping.
