Comfortable
Red Roof Inn Richmond KYWe’ve now stayed at this hotel twice - once in June and again in July. We were only here long enough to sleep before continuing our travels. 4 stars because the rooms are a little worn, but we appreciated that they were clean, quiet and safe plus have LVP floors.

Uneven experience
Best Western Plus Greenwood Indy South InnThe lobby looked great. But when we got to our room, there was no soap in the bath and then we discovered open beverage bottles in refrigerator presumably from the previous occupant. That made us question general cleaning practices. We were moved to another room. The vent in the bath ceiling dropped forming a puddle on the floor. We were exhausted from driving so asked for extra bath mats to get through the night without the risk of slipping on wet tile. Though the front desk clerk filled out a maintenance slip, it was obvious from the water damage on bathroom door that the drop was not a new issue. We initially asked for a refund but were told they couldn’t do that since we’d booked through a third party, BringFido. I was handed the manager’s card and told I’d need to contact her about my concerns.
