Never Again

Nothing about our stay met our expectations. Nothing was offered to our pet when we checked in. We were given a really small corner room with a queen bed which was totally different from the pics online when we'd booked a room with a king bed. When we called to complain and ask to be given the room we booked, we were told that wasn't possible due to all rooms being already booked. They claim they'd waive the daily pet fee instead so we're watching our card statement to ensure the follow through. The attitudes of the various workers we encountered was surly, as if we were putting them out by saying hello or asking questions. Our room was just average, with no place to put our clothes and just a microwave sitting on top of a small fridge. The bathroom was especially subpar. The location by the beach is literally the only thing that this place has going for it.
