Had potential
Cactus Jack'scramped outdoor seating area if you have big dogs. They seemed to allow people to let their little dogs run amuck, feet on table, gross things like that. it’s a dog not a kid. wait staff was horrible, slow service, subpar food. seemed to have excuses for everything. they tried to make it right with me 10% off next meal. we won’t be back. other people were complaining about the food sitting near us outside and sending it back.

Decent
Beach Bullyoutdoor area was nice. they had sporadic picnic tables outside by parking lot if your dog(s) doesn’t like other dogs. food was ok. pulled pork didn’t have much taste and brisket was as more like shaved beef.

Nice outdoor area
Abbey Road Pub & Restaurantare there the other night. food and service were excellent. very dog friendly. brought them out a bowl of water.

Nice local coffee shop
Perked Up! Coffee Cafegood selection of coffee, tea drinks and food items. tables outside to sit at with your dogs.

Great Spot
Calvert Cliffs State ParkWe enjoyed the state park. It has a nice scenic walk down to the beach. They have a leash law, which I am 100% for. Just wish that other people respected it. Ran into people in the trail not using a leash and then some idiots on the beach were letting their dogs run free. My dog doesn’t much care for other dogs in her space and we almost had issues with the dogs and with me and the owners. Would have been 100% avoidable if the people observed and respected the park rules.
