Disappointing Stay in Tulsa

The bathroom mirror light was broken, and the TV remote was not programmed. We had to ask someone to come fix it. We needed extra towels and the desk told us there was only one towel left in the entire hotel. We also ran out of toilet paper & Kleenex and there were no extra supplies on hand.

Great courtyard for dogs

Our room had a sliding door to the grassy courtyard, which was spacious and pleasant. It was also equipped with doggie bag stations with disposal bins.

DIM AND MUSTY

DISAPPOINTED with Residence Inn by Marriott St Louis Galleria. Musty smell and did not appear well-cleaned. Cottages are outdated and dark. Full kitchen was useful.

GREAT KITCHEN!

Most places that advertise "suites with kitchenette" offer a mini fridge and microwave. Not here! This was a small but decently euipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooktop, ovenr & microwave, along with the standard coffeemaker and a toaster. Dishes, utensils and a sautee pan with lid. Bravo in times when dining out is dicey and you must travel with your own food.
