What a terrible experience
Hyatt Place Madison DowntownI needed to check out a day early and no one was at the front desk. I called all day to try to check out and wasn’t able to reach anyone at the hotel. I finally called BringFido and after a few hours they were able to reach the hotel. I understand the hotel not wanting to refund me for the night I didn’t stay, but on top of that I had over $100 charged to my card in incidentals that I never used. Of course I couldn’t get ahold of the hotel and when BringFido tried to help I was left on hold forever. Will never use this hotel again. I understand everyone is short staffed right now but this was ridiculous.
