Aggressive Dogs

B.A.R.K Park Off-Leash Dog Park

Love this park in the summer because of the shade coverage, we also hit this park in the rain in spring/summer. The only downfall is there are a lot of people who bring in reactive dogs. I don’t think these owners know how to handle their dogs most the time. People also bring in a lot of small young kids, I’ve seen way too many toddlers get close-lined by “Fluffy”. It’s on the edge of a huge hill and it’s great exercise for my GSP to run up and down. I tend to use this park more when it is empty or few dogs.

Great Dog Park!

Wolcott Dog Park

Love this place! There is so much space and shaded areas to go. Most of the owners are pretty great too. I like that there is a small/timid dog side as well. It is always clean and 95% of the time I’ve been there are always responsible owners and good dogs. I did have one bad experience and my dog was attacked by a husky. It wasn’t bad but I did get bit trying to pull her off my dog and no one tried to help but the owner seemed to know her dog was reactive to other female dogs and left quickly after.

Needs Work

Bert & Harry Subkowsky Bark Park

Really like this place just wish it wasn’t so “extra”. There are way to many picnic tables. Wish the picnic tables weren’t in the middle of the park. I saw dogs run smack into them while playing fetch. Also wish people didn’t leave half chewed tennis balls everywhere and dishes all over. It just seems like a mess.
I can tell volunteers are trying just leave it simple.
