Great location

Cape Ann Motor Inn is a great location on the beach. Going in May my dog was able to run on the beach. There were lots of pet owners there with their dogs. Hotel is clean, staff is very friendly, but it is an older hotel. The stairs are steep. And the walls are a little thin. If you have a dog that reacts to noises you may have a lot of barking on your hands. Otherwise a great place to stay. I would definitely go again in the offseason.
